1. CC+I has extensive real-time machine monitoring/process control experience and knowledge in major industries’ process batching and control applications ----- CC+I personnel were some of the original designers and implementers of the first U.S. textile based monitoring systems. We continue to develop and successfully implement new automated concepts ----- including real-time “humanless” batch processing applications. 2. CC+I has the ability to develop machine interface code for any type of process, including "closed loop" process control applications. 3. CC+I uses the latest, proven standard (off-the-shelf) hardware/software technology available in the market-place using Microsoft's WINDOWS and SQL ----- PC based products and platforms.4. CC+I offers open-ended hardware/software technology with flexibility such that the user can easily be trained to be self-supporting through the use of Microsoft Access, the Crystal Report Generator, and many other ODBC compliant "off-the-shelf" software packages. 5. CC+I offers comprehensive Statistical Process Control (SPC) data analysis, including graphs, trends, etc.6. CC+I has proven capability to develop and implement a variety of complex networking protocols into a plant network, including closed-loop controls, as opposed to islands of automation. 7. CC+I offers a Decision Support System (DSS) ----- not just a monitoring/control system. The CC+I Decision Support System rates employee, machine and yarn performance against computer calculated standards and/or plant standards to properly guide operators, supervisors and managers to use their time most appropriately and effectively. 8. CC+I can demonstrate, via live demos and plant visits, that its DSS graphics presentations are generated from live data using the latest Microsoft Windows repertoire of software. 9. CC+I personnel have demonstrated to our customers for the past sixteen (16) years that customer service has been above reproach --- far beyond the call of duty. 10. We provide our customers excellent support, training and outstanding documentation. 11. Other large industries, outside of textiles, including Coca-Cola (CCBCC) and Bruce Foods, Inc., are using CC+I's process monitoring and control products extensively throughout their companies. 12. CC+I does not manufacture any "proprietary" machine interface hardware. All machine interfaces are accomplished using direct network connections to on-board machine micros, industry standard PLC's and/or third party microcomputers. 13. Business is related ONLY to Computer Integrated Manufacturing (C. I. M.) involving process monitoring and control products and services ---- U.S. based with a nucleus of five (5) founding stock-holders, plus additional technical staff, internal administrative, sales and external sales representatives. When required, additional technical resources are available to CC+I through alliance relationships. |
